Rudimentary Instruction for Open water Safety
Weeklong
Weeklong Instruction for those interested in vacationing with a water focus.
Month Training
Intensive for Open Water life guards, pre-SCUBA, or extensive comfort in the water. Extensive and includes full body training, including recovery, yoga and nutrition.
